Жаркое из свинины и куриной печени.

Жаркое из куриной печени и свинины - готовится быстро, из доступных продуктов, а получается очень вкусно.

Ингредиенты:
- куриной печени, 500г;
- картофеля, 700г;
- свиной грудинки, 150г;
- морковь, 1шт.;
- репчатый лук, 1шт.;
- чеснок, 2 зубчика;
- соль, черный молотый перец, по вкусу.

Моем печень, обсушиваем и разрезаем каждую пополам. Чистим и нарезаем по-селянски картофель. Нарезаем небольшими кусками свиную грудинку. Свинину выкладываем в разогретую сковородку и обжариваем вместе с тонко нарезанным полукольцами луком и натертой на крупной терке морковкой. После того как лук станет прозрачным, добавляем печень и обжариваем пока жидкость выделяющаяся из печени не станет прозрачной (примерно 7-8 минут). Добавляем пропущенный через пресс чеснок и перекладываем все из сковороды в отдельную ёмкость. Выкладываем в сковороду картошку и обжариваем до золотистого цвета. В конце солим и выкладываем к картошке печень с луком и морковью и тушим под крышкой 10 минут, добавив немного жидкости.
