Жареные кабачки

Жареные кабачки.

Универсальный овощ, сочетается практически с любым продуктом благодаря нейтральному вкусу. Кабачок, обжаренный в кляре, становится очень сочным, так как сок остаётся внутри теста.

Ингредиенты:

- кабачок, 1 шт;
- мука, 100г;
- яйцо, 1 шт;
- майонез, 50-100г;
- растительное масло, 2 ст.л.;
- чеснок, 5-6 зубчиков;
- зелень, соль.

Моем кабачок, нарезаем кружочками 1-1,5см.Для кляра, замешиваем яйцо, солим и продолжая замешивать, подсыпаем муку. Смотрим чтобы не было комков от муки. Каждый кружочек кабачка окунаем в кляр, выкладываем на разогретую сковороду с маслом и обжариваем с каждой стороны до золотистый корочки на среднем огне. Жаренные кабачки выкладываем на большую тарелку, чтобы кабачки не были внахлест. Каждый кружок кабачка поливаем майонезом перемешанный с давленным чесноком и посыпаем мелко порезанной зеленью.
