Люля-кебаб из курицы
Люля-кебаб из курицы.
Необыкновенно вкусный, нежный и сочный люля-кебаб из курицы с добавлением сыра и сладкого болгарского перца.
Ингредиенты:
- филе куриное, 400 г;
- лук репчатый, 1 шт.;
- перец болгарский сладкий, 1 шт.;
- яйцо куриное, 1 шт.;
- соль, смесь перцев, по вкусу;
- хмели-сунели, 1 ч.л.;
- паприка, 1 ч.л.;
- чеснок, 2 зубчика;
- сыр твердых сортов, 70 г;
- масло растительное, 1 ст.л.
Куриное филе пропускаем через мясорубку вместе с сыром, репчатым луком, болгарским перцем, паприкой и чесноком. Фарш вымешиваем, солим, перчим, добавляем хмели-сунели и сырое яйцо. Фарш хорошенько перемешиваем и отбиваем до клейкой консистенции. Фарш нанизываем на шампура и равномерно распределяем по длине. Ставим на огонь, равномерно поворачиваем и готовим пока фарш не станет упругим. Подаем в горячем виде с овощным салатом и зеленью. Приятного аппетита!
