Итальянский салат с моцареллой и курицей.
Предлагаю попробывать хрустящий, легкий и полезный итальянский салат с сыром моцарелла, курицей и маслинами.
Ингредиенты:
- шарики моцареллы Unagrande, 250 г;
- луковица фенхеля, 1/2 шт.;
- помидоры черри, 200 г;
- маслины без косточек, 50 г;
- маринованные каперсы, 2 ст.л.;
- отварные куриные грудки, 2 шт.;
- латук, 1 кочан;
- базилик, 3 веточки;
- оливковое масло, 5 ст.л.;
- перец чили, 1/4 стручка;
- белый винный уксус, 2 ст.л.;
- соль по вкусу.
Нарезаем помидоры пополам, фенхель - тонкой соломкой, а куриную грудку - тонкими ломтиками. Латук хорошенько промываем, обсушиваем и крупно рвем руками. Смешиваем подготовленные ингредиенты вместе с сыром, маслинами и каперсами. Для заправки мелко рубим перец чили, смешиваем с оливковым маслом и белым винным уксусом. Добавляем заправку в салат, хорошо перемешиваем и присыпаем измельченным базиликом. Вкусный и полезный салат готов!
